Working Capital Use Review: The SBA requires requests to be broken down into a detailed explanation. Please fill out the below chart as it pertains to your loan request. If certain expenses are currently being paid for by the business (for instance insurance, utilities, rent, etc.), then please explain why working capital is needed to pay for these expenses.

Examples: Website Design, Local Advertising, Target Marketing/ Social Media Ads, Signage/ Billboards. Etc.
Examples: Computers, Phones, Office Supplies, Materials needed to operate, Software Systems, Etc.
Examples: Entity Formation Document Expenses, Franchise Fees, Lease Deposits, Travel for Franchise Training, Etc.
Examples: Workers Compensation, Owners Life Insurance, Business Personal Property Hazard Insurance, Flood Insurance, Liability Insurance, etc.
Examples: Hiring employees, including but not limited to, commissions, payroll, and cost of hiring (background checks, training, uniforms, etc.). Be sure to indicate how many employees you are hiring, the titles of their positions, the rates the employees are paid, and how many months the requested funds will cover each position.
